Duties & Responsibility:

Determine and establish office procedures
Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings of employer
Supervise and train office staff in procedures and in use of current software
Prepare, key in, edit and proofread correspondence, reports and related material

Salary

$25.00 hourly / 40 hours per Week

Education

College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years

Experience

– 1 year to less than 2 years in the same field
